My name is Jeff Sweeney and I believe in a person's constitutional right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.  I also believe that everyone should have the right to have a quality defense at an affordable rate.  Criminal law has always interested me and that is why I make it the focus of my practice.  I have a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and my focus in law school was always geared towards practicing criminal defense when I graduated.  It is my policy to listen to my client's position, advise and assist them accordingly and present the best possible defense I can.  I cannot stress enough the importance of having an experienced, intelligent attorney assist during the criminal process.
